After 100 squats, 50 pushups and 20 pullups, as a part of his physical training, the slave has to stay in an isometric position for as long as he can. Just to be sure that he does not give in before he is totally exhausted, a very sharp spiked bar is put under his belly, keeping him high, sweaty and really terrified of the prospect of touching it. Now only his Mistress decides when he is exhausted and is time to finish the exercise.
