Picture of the week 24 2012 – Judicial punishment

During the night, the slaves are closed in their cells, to withstand the harsh conditions in silence and with utmost humility. This night one of the slaves broke the silence and tried to speak to another slave, so he has been taken out of his cell in the middle of the night and sentenced to 80 strokes with the crop. If he doesn’t know how to behave – now he will learn!
